More and more American and British film companies are shooting in Europe. I can help you prepare for an audition, film or television role that requires English proficiency or a specific American English accent, including regional accents such as Southern and New York accents and speech patterns. I've worked with some of Europe's top actors to prepare them for auditions. I can help you with pronunciation, intonation, and character and script analysis including American cultural subtexts.

ABOUT ME

Mark Adamsbaum

I'm a native of New York City and have successfully taught ESL students from around the world to speak American English for over ten years. I have a degree in Communication Arts and Sciences from Queens College, City University of New York and a degree in Acting and Theater from the College of Marin, University of California. I have taught English language skills since 1986 and, as an actor, I have over 60 shows to my credit and am a dialect coach to non-native English speaking actors.

I believe English lessons should be relaxed and enjoyable, with lessons tailored to the student's specific needs. Please contact me for my current fees and availability.
